1Can I see the products in a store?

Maquinario works as an online store but if you are interested in seeing a specific product you can contact us at info@maquinar.io to coordinate a visit to our offices.

2If I buy the digital files, how do I manufacture the product?

When you buy the digital files, inside the file folder you will receive a document explaining you step by step how to make it. Regarding how to use the machines, the instructions will depend on where you go and the operator will teach you how to do it.

3When does my order arrive?

The offices are held from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The delivery time will depend on the product and will start running once the payment is confirmed. For Santiago it may take 8 to 10 business days and for regions of 10 to 12 business days. If you have doubts about your order write to us or follow up on the link that we send you.

4What do I do if my order has not arrived within the time limit?

One of the main reasons why your order may not arrived is that there was no one to receive it within the hours of 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. A second attempt will be made within 2 business days. If after this deadline you have not received your package, write us to info@maquinar.io and the order will be sent (after the corresponding shipping payment).

5I received the products and I am not satisfied with the purchase. Can I change them or ask for the money back?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Maquinario offers you 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee so that you can change your product or ask for the refund of your money. For this you must send us the product in perfect conditions and with the original packaging, your invoice copy and the change (or return) form completed inside the box.

6My product comes with a failure, Can I change it or ask for a refund?

In this case, we are governed by the standards of SERNAC. This means that in case of product failure, you have 3 months of Legal Guarantee to request a change, repair or money back. No changes or refunds will be accepted in case of misuse or abuse by the user.

7How to change or return a product?

1. Print and complete the"change form", and attach it to the box in which you must return the product.

2. Store the product in its original packaging or one that protects it very well. Products that are damaged due to shipping will not be accepted.

3. Bring the product to our "offices" or send it to Fab Lab Santiago, Seminario 642, Ñuñoa, Santiago, Chile. Remember to save the tracking number.

4. As soon as we receive the product we will contact you.
