1How to buy

1.To buy you don´t  need to register or have an account.
2. Navigate through Maquinario and in it`s products. You can look and find a big variety of products.
3. If you want to buy a product, only click on “add to the cart” and automatically it will be save on the shopping cart. Then you can continue exploring the rest of the products, or you can go directly to check-out and pay.
4. You can also buy the production plan of the product (digital file), clicking on the button "buy the digital file" that will take you to the product page digital version, then clicking on "add to cart" will save the Product in your cart. The file includes assembly instructions, and all the information necessary to manufacture it.
5. When you're done navigating, click on the cart located on upper-right corner, and all your products will be there.6. Complete with your information, check the payment and shipping options. You can estimate the cost of shipping before proceeding.
7. Once the purchase is completed, we will send you a confirmation email with your shopping details. Confirmed the transaction we will send you the invoice of your purchase.
8. In case you request home shipping, once it is manufactured and is sent your order, we will give you a tracking code so that you can follow up. If your option is, "store pick up", we will contact you to let you know when you can pick up your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You are able to pay by:
WebPay Plus: System to make secure purchases through the Internet using your credit or debit cards. It is a service developed by Transbank and the Chilean banks.
Paypal: Online payment method. Associate your credit cards with your PayPal account and when you want to pay, simply log in with your email and password and choose the card you want to use to make the payment.
Transferencia bancaria: Once the purchase is completed we will send you an email with your account details so you can make an electronic transfer from your bank page.

2Shipping

1. We ship all over Chile, to Mexico, and soon to other countries.
2. All shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3. The delivery time will depend on the product and its manufacturing time, and will start to run once the payment has been confirmed.
The estimated delivery time is:
Santiago: 10 to 12 business days
Regions: 12 a 14 working days
México: 15 to 20 working days
4. It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the correct information and address for the shipment, also that someone can receive the package (s) during the delivery time.
5. In case no one can receive the package (s) in the delivery time, it can be received by third parties (custodians or relatives).
6. If there is no one to receive him or the products, Correos de Chile will leave a visit notice at the shipping address and make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If again, delivery can not be made, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
7. You can also come to pick up your order to FabLab Santiago, Seminario 642, Ñuñoa, once the product is manufactured, approximately 8 to 10 business days. We will contact you once it is ready for pick up.
8. If you did not receive your order send us an email to info@maquinar.io.

3Status of your order

To track your order, once the product has been shipped, we will send you an email with the code and link so you can track it. If you have any questions, you can send us an email to info@maquinar.io and we will help you.

4Returns and changes

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Maquinar.io offers you a 10 day guarantee to change your product or ask for the return of your money in case you are not satisfied. For this you must send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and attach in the box your invoice and the "change form" completed with your data. Upon receiving your package we will send you an email to coordinate the dispatch of the new product or the return of your money.

LEGAL GUATANTEE
In case of failure, and in consistency with SERNAC standards, we enforce your legal guarantee. This means that in case of product failure, you have 3 months from the day of purchase to request a product change, repair or for your money back. For this you must send the product to our offices, in a packaging that protects the product, with completed and printed "change form". No changes and refunds will be accepted for misuse or abuse by the user.
