Returns and changes

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED offers you a 10 day guarantee to change your product or ask for the return of your money in case you are not satisfied. For this you must send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and attach in the box your invoice and the "change form" completed with your data. Upon receiving your package we will send you an email to coordinate the dispatch of the new product or the return of your money.

In case of failure, and in consistency with SERNAC standards, we enforce your legal guarantee. This means that in case of product failure, you have 3 months from the day of purchase to request a product change, repair or for your money back. For this you must send the product to our offices, in a packaging that protects the product, with completed and printed "change form". No changes and refunds will be accepted for misuse or abuse by the user.
